Shipping Policy

Titan Trade Group supplies heavy-duty storage containers, modified units and PVC shelters across the UK and Ireland. Due to the size and nature of our products, delivery arrangements vary by item.

1. Delivery Areas
We offer delivery across Ireland and the UK. Some locations may be subject to additional transport charges depending on access and distance.

2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on whether the product is:
• In stock
• Made-to-order
• Imported or pre-ordered

Estimated lead times will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or order. Delivery dates are provided as estimates and may be subject to change due to logistics, weather or transport availability.

3. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated based on product size, weight and delivery location. Any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed before payment is taken.

4. Site Access Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles. This includes:
• Adequate space for unloading
• Firm, level ground
• Clear access for lorries or cranes (where required)

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional charges may apply.

5. Unloading
Unless otherwise stated, delivery includes transport only. Unloading assistance or lifting equipment may be required depending on the product and site conditions. This will be discussed prior to delivery.

6. Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect goods upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours, supported by photographs where possible.

7. Delays & Liability
Titan Trade Group is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including transport disruption, weather conditions or supplier delays.
