Returns & Refunds Policy

At Titan Trade Group, we aim to provide high-quality storage solutions and clear communication on all orders. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Made-to-Order & Special Orders  
Many of our products, including storage containers, modified containers and PVC shelters, are supplied on a made-to-order or pre-ordered basis.

Orders for made-to-order, customised or special-order items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has commenced, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

2. Stock Items  
Where items are held in stock, returns may be considered subject to the following:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition  
• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery  
• Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer  

Any approved refund will be processed once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods  
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required.

Where a fault or damage is confirmed, we will arrange repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Costs  
The following costs are non-refundable:
• Delivery and transport charges  
• Deposits paid on made-to-order items  
• Installation or labour costs (where applicable)

5. Refund Processing  
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on payment provider.
